We developed the idea for EverPresent because of several different events. First, Eric discovered his grandfather’s old photo collection buried in a closet. It was amazing to look through the photo albums and revive old memories that had almost been forgotten.
Then, during an unfortunate series of tornados across America, every victim seemed to say the same thing: “The most upsetting thing is losing my photos and home videos.” We wondered if this could have been prevented. We wondered if anyone else in the family had seen them, and thought how important it was to share these incredible pieces of history.
